Based on my recent metabolic tests, I learned that my “endurance” zone for running is between a heart rate of 134 and 150 bpm. This translates into a pace of 7:20 on the flat road. My goal has been to do 70% of my training in this zone. The problem…

My HRM wasn’t working this morning on my way into the office, but on the way home I got some quality readings to verify that I was indeed getting my interval workout in.
